ORDER INFORMATION:
Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our secure online shopping cart. We do our best to ship your order within 48 hours of your purchase (except during peak holiday seasons). If an item is on backorder you will be notified by email. Payments are processed via Pay Pal and they accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Echeck. Please note that we accept payment in US dollars only.
ORDER TRACKING:
Most customers receive their orders within 5-12 business days. Orders can be tracked after 45 business days from our actual shipment date. At that time we are able to have Canada Post track the order. Sometimes orders are stopped & opened/inspected as they cross the Canada/US border. We have no control over this & unfortunately it can slow the order delivery time a little bit. This is a result of our current global situation, greatly affected by the 9/11 and anthrax events.
However we have never (to date) had to trace an order or have an order go missing. Sometimes it just takes a little bit longer than we anticipate for your order to arrive & we appreciate your patience in this matter.
Holiday Delivery:
If you're shopping for the holidays, please make sure your order is placed BEFORE DECEMBER 5th to help ensure delivery before the holidays begin. You may still place orders after this date, but there is a chance that your items may not arrive in time for Christmas, especially given the higher volume the shipping carriers receive at that time of year.
If you are shopping for any other special occasion (birthdays, weddings, etc.), we recommend ordering two weeks in advance to make sure your order arrives in time. This gives both us & our shipping carrier enough time to get your order to you!
