Uses: Its best-known use is as facial
oil for extremely dry skin. For
remembrance, rosemary stimulates the mind, increases memory/mental clarity,
relieves mental exhaustion & fatigue. Used for arthritic joint pain,
muscle aches/spasms - improves circulation (varicose veins), fights infection/respiratory
ailments - colds, coughs, asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, expels excess
mucous. Eases digestive disorders colitis, gas, indigestion. Encourages
cellular metabolism, assists drainage of lymphatic fluid. Stimulates cell
renewal, tightens/tones tissues, improves dry/mature skin, clears acne,
blemishes, regulates oil secretions. Nourishes scalp, improves dandruff/scalp
problems & encourages hair growth. Brush onto or wash into dark hair
to bring out highlights. Rosemary essential
oil nourishes the scalp and keeps hair looking healthy and shiny. Many
users claim that it promotes hair growth, though there is not any medical
evidence to support this argument. It normalizes excessive oil secretions

Usage
Warnings: Generally non-toxic and non-sensitizing.
Not suitable for people with epilepsy or high blood pressure. Avoid in
pregnancy. Might antidote homeopathic remedies. Avoid
during pregnancy, since it is an emmenagogue,
(elevates blood pressure).
